Tour Itinerary


Day One – Arrival in Santiago

Welcome to the beginning of your Chilean adventure! As you touch down in Santiago, the vibrant pulse of Chile’s capital will greet you. We’ll gather at the Hotel Rio Bidasoa, your cozy sanctuary for the night. At 4pm, we will have a meet & greet with your guides and fellow travelers, leading to a delightful Welcome Dinner at one of Santiago’s charming restaurants. This is your first taste of the rich flavors and warm hospitality that define Chilean cuisine.



Day Two - Vina Casa Silva to Vina Vik (38Km/23.7Mi)

Today, the Central Valley unfolds before you as we leave the bustling city behind. After a two- hour transfer, we arrive at the picturesque Vina Casa Silva, a vineyard steeped in tradition. As you explore the vineyard, you'll learn about its rich history, which dates back to the 19th century, and how it has become a cornerstone of Chilean wine culture

In the afternoon, we’ll pedal through the rolling countryside to Vina Vik, a masterpiece of design and innovation nestled amidst verdant hills. As you approach, the sleek, moder architecture of the hotel, seemingly floating above the vineyard, is a sight to behold.



Day Three – Vina Vik to Vina la Playa (67.5Km/42Mi)

This morning is yours to savor, whether it's exploring the stunning grounds of Vina Vik or indulging in a leisurely breakfast with panoramic views of the vineyards.

As we embark on today’s ride, the Chilean countryside reveals its charm, with each pedal stroke bringing you closer to the heart of the Colchagua Valley. Along the way, we’ll stop at a quaint “Soda Local,” a traditional eatery where you’ll experience the authentic flavors of rural Chile.

As we continue towards Vina la Playa, the landscape offers a visual feast—vast vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see, dotted with the occasional rustic farmhouse. Upon arrival at Vina la Playa, you’ll have time to relax before we delve into a fascinating class on Chilean wines, learning about the unique terroirs that make this region’s wines so special.



Day Four – Vina la Playa to Santa Cruz (30.5Km/19Mi)

We begin by cycling through peaceful backroads towards the charming town of Santa Cruz, where we will set down for the next 2 nights. Midway, we’ll make a detour to Hacienda El Huique, a beautifully preserved estate that offers a glimpse into Chile’s colonial past.

Back on the bikes, we continue to Santa Cruz, where the day’s highlight awaits—the Museo de Colchagua. This museum is a treasure trove of Chilean history, from ancient artifacts to displays on the country’s wine-making tradition. Day Five – Santa Cruz Loop (40Km/25Mi)

Today, we dive into the heart of the Colchagua Valley, often referred to as the “Chilean Napa Valley.” Our ride takes us through the picturesque Valle de Apalta, where some of Chile’s most prestigious vineyards are nestled. The first stop is at Vina Neyen, a vineyard that embodies the spirit of the Mapuche people, producing iconic wines that reflect the valley’s unique terroir.

After a tour and tasting at Neyen, we continue to Vina Montes, a pioneer in sustainable wine production. Here, you’ll enjoy lunch at the renowned “Fuegos de Apalta” restaurant, where fire and local ingredients come together in a spectacular culinary experience. The return ride to Santa Cruz is leisurely, giving you time to reflect on the day’s experiences.



Day Six – La Lajuela to Pumanque (55Km/34.2Mi)

Today, prepare for a truly immersive ride as we journey through the scenic landscapes of the Colchagua Valley. After a shuttle from Santa Cruz to the panoramic viewpoint at La Lajuela, we begin our ride towards Lolol. The road winds through rolling hills, with breathtaking views at every turn.

As we arrive in Lolol, a town known for its local, rich folk traditions, we’ll explore the Museo de Artesanía, where Chilean craftsmanship is celebrated in vibrant displays of pottery, weaving, and more. A picnic lunch in the town’s quaint plaza provides a moment to relax before we set off for Pumanque.



Day Seven – Marchihue to Santiago
